Nevada and Idaho Mountain Lion populations continue to hold strong - but don't put this hunt on the backburner as our three most Western States no longer allow hounds to pursue Mountain Lions. This has put more pressure on other states.

WFA books 10 hunters per season with most hunts booked well over one year in advance. We specialize in this hunt and pride ourselves in sending hunters home with Trophy Lions. With over 25 years hunting experience with Big Game Hounds in four Western States, our tally for lions caught has surpassed 500 animals.

Whether in the deep timbered canyons of Idaho or the high desert rims of Nevada, WFA's highly trained hounds will give an education to anyone not familiar with their ways. With noses pressed to the ground and tails wagging, they seek out traces of your lion's scent, all the time keeping you posted to their progress. These faithful and dedicated hounds will keep your lion treed or bayed until you have taken your trophy.

This hunt is conducted at a time when most hunters get a touch of cabin fever, December through March. Tags may be purchased over-the-counter at the time of the hunt. THERE IS NO DRAW!
