Non-resident Mule deer hunters have a distinct advantage for securing this coveted tag. Nevada Department of Wildlife has provided 400 non-resident guided hunt deer tags for hunters who wish to use the services of licensed outfitters. Applications for the Guided Deer Tags are available in February and are drawn in March before the regular draw.

For those very serious hunters who want to hunt during the rut in November, WFA obtains very limited Landowner Damage compensation tags for Mule Deer. We feel this hunt is the next best thing to the Governor's Tag!
